3rd most drops in the country this year

That’s insane…… given the hype for him and the production last year that’s crazy to see someone with a clear cut path to the NFL that comes out and drops that many passes with all eyes on him. Sucks for him but dang that’s terrible as a receiver.

A name that was thrown out last year after Texas hired Chad Scott.

White missed the majority of 2025 due to injury, but had been an electrifying option at WVU in 2024.

IF Texas opts to take 2 backs, depending on the decision of Wisner, I could see this being an option. Shoot, even in a Niblett-esque role, I could see this being an option.

Unless there are bigger fish at RB that we are waiting on, would really love to see us in the mix here.

There will be bigger fish. On top of that, White only listed at 5’7” is a reason for hesitancy.

5'7'' coming off a season ending injury?!
I'm not getting paid 8 figures like Sark does but even I don't think that would be a good idea.
I get getting him for depth/experience along with an RB1 type of guy, but still...

I really wanted him last year, but we saw what happened when we relied on backs coming off major injuries this year. Maybe he’d be a good lottery ticket with high upside that you take a flyer on, but we need to go big game hunting for a starting back.
