I don't think Texas is going to be bashful this go-around. This level of aggressiveness tells me they can accomplish both (and all) of their goals.

Texas’ piggy bank $$$ for portal OL won’t be impacted by HS additions.

I’ve been told they have a solid # for OL they have stashed away for when the portal opens.
