Isn’t the University of Texas football team a team that plays football? Or any football team for that matter?  If so, why would you not play another game?  It’s what they do right?  The Longhorns are a football team lol.

But also good because it’s another bit of pressure to change the current format. 

The 2026 clause is garbage and I expect the major conferences to push back hard.

My comment was more of a general statement to anyone who thinks we should do anything other than go out there and win this game. 
 

these kids came to play football. And to not go out there with the 100% focus/intention or winning is cheating the kids, the program and the fans. 
 

Go out there and blow the doors off of Michigan and springboard next years season 

 

acting like limp wrists, and trying to take our ball and go home because we didn’t make the playoffs is a weak mindset.
