817 Boxing B Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) I also think it's wise that we remember that we have actual players' family members as part of our OTF family. When we discuss these kids and their performances, their decisions and futures, we have to do so in a respectful and human way. We love all the kids... no matter what the box score says, because at the end of the day, we all understand, on some level, the amount of sacrifice and hard work these young men and their families put in, as a collective, to even receive the offer of responsibility to represent the state at its flagship program. This is one of the main reasons I'm proud to be a member of this community. Let's continue to be gracious as these kids and families make some of the toughest decisions they'll make in life.🤘🏿🔥 Edited 13 hours ago by 817 Boxing B 11 1 Quote

I know it's not all said and done for all of them but I feel like an NFL decision would've come sooner. Feel really good about 2026 with those guys returning. Wisner coming back would be kind of strange for him as a player... Wisner might be willing to bet that Texas will go all in on offensive line in the portal, Running behind a much improved line could move him from fringe draft pick in 26 to much higher in the 27 draft 2 Quote

He’s a good number 3 WR on a good team and shouldn’t be counted on to be more than that. 2 Quote

He has requisite athleticism to stick outside at corner in the NFL and he has good length but he isn’t all that fast and probably not as fluid as you would like him to be at corner. He is a little light and the ball skills are lacking. But he does have the plus length, physicality and instincts. 1 Quote

When your snaps get cut, you definitely wanna do something with it when it comes your way.. and that's when you drop the football. Sure.. it was high school, but I remember the anxiety of knowing the ball is coming your way when the ball is snapped. You get out to the LOS a lil faster...🤣🤣🤣. We saw out entire wr room experience this the first half of the year. 2 Quote

AusMOJO Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I think Moore is going to end up in the portal. With a year of more productivity could boost his draft stock. Depending on where he ends up. If Kanu, McDonald and Goosby come back for 2026, that would be absolutely amazing. Two of those 3 are 1st round picks if they do and the other could boost himself to a 2nd round pick with a great year. Wisner is a bit tricky, because there isn't a premium for RB's, but there is a small window of tread on the tire, so to speak. I'd 100% understand it if he decided to head to the NFL but would love to see him come back. Quote

There's a few positions coaches that have been floating around in the Texas talking head sphere about who will be not returning for the 2026 season, Akina is one of those names that I've heard pop up quite a bit. Most think he'll hang it up, rather than get fired. Quote
