Chop Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Opt outs shouldn’t be allowed with NIL a thing now. Just not even worth these games being played at this point it seems 2 Quote

NothinButDaHorns34 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Riley’s ascent sure has fallen off since his blOwU days. I knew he couldn’t field a competent defense, But i didn’t think it would be this bad at a place like USC. 1 1 Quote
jhookem91 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Tanook Hines looked great despite the USC loss. He’s really fast and pretty physical as well. Wish he was a Horn. 2 Quote

Hines jumps off the screen. Will be interesting to see how Riley fares at USC in the next few years. Casual LA fans are going to expect him to turn that #1 recruiting class into an instant contender but do they get over the hump and into the CFP next year? How much can they add in the portal after going all in on their HS class? 1 Quote

I read something years ago about the Air Raid. I know Riley isn't running the AirRaid per se, but he was steeped in that tradition. It's not merely an offensive system, it's a philosophy of football based on offensive reps and it's not conducive to sound defensive play. USC looks to have some impressive athletes on defense, but I agree, it will be interesting to see if he they can play competent defense. Quote

He’s gone through i don’t know how many coordinators now and they still can’t figure it out. Like you’re saying i think it’s just apart of the way he runs his programs at this point since it was an issue at oklahoma as well. Quote
