FWIW, TOS is reporting that Richardson was never actually going to visit Texas and that the coaches never tried to bring him in—that, at this point, they are just focusing on Coleman. If true, it would be the first truly overt example of a player trying to leverage Texas to get another team to increase the NIL. Not saying it hasn’t happened elsewhere, eg Michigan OL. But nothing this blatant, in which the player told everyone he was visiting Texas when the coaches weren’t even inviting him. Don’t know if this is what OTF has heard, but again, that’s the reporting from another site.

The staffs apathy on Richardson makes me think we are really going after 1 wr and allowing bishop to be the small speedy receiver that we were missing this year. Makes sense to swing big and not go after a plan B in that case.

I think you’re right. Richardson would have been a serious upgrade over D Moore in the slot and he’s a local kid. So your logic makes perfect sense to me

Any good soap opera titles for portal? Like days of our portal. That’s the only one I really know about my mom used to watch it every day.

FWIW (not much usually) Ketch is saying rumors are Haynes is asking for $2 mil and Georgia Tech wants to give him it. Georgia native.  Run the dang ball scheme.  Honestly seems like a match made in heaven.  Texas probably shouldn't waste its time.

Fair!  On3's Michigan guy Josh Henschke also said $2.6 mil is being rumored in the agent world (not Haynes' agent).d
