I’m gonna say it… I would rather have the miss st guard and prince will over seaton.

Seaton is a luxury to me. Princewill is a top 5 returning sack artist in the SEC. Think about putting that dude opposite of colin on 3rd and long.

As of now yes. But like I said, do any of us think he is anything above serviceable? I personally don’t, not a shot on him but if you solidify both guard spots and someone happens to go into the portal I’m curious what Texas does🤷🏼‍♂️

Nah he’s good

the portal closes tomorrow no point of having money left over for the 26 season

Players don’t have to make  decisions just the portal closes

Right, add/drop is Tuesday. He’ll have to decide this weekend in all likelihood

You don’t have to be a mid term addition, even though almost all will

Idk if anyone bigger than Seaton rn in the portal. He’s the big fish we need to hook. I honestly don’t think anyone is a higher priority than him right now and if surprisingly someone like a Leonard Moore from ND or a Jeremiah Smith were to jump in last minute for no reason then i see no reason not to spend it on Seaton as of now.

I was all for Seaton prior to the Wake Forest tackle signing. If we get him I won’t complain, but I also want Muschamp to be able to run his full scheme without limitations on personnel. We’ve added a ton on offense and we’ve missed a bit on defense imo. A starting guard and depth on offense and then fill out the defense with Muschaps needs imo.

Didn’t realize colin is the only one returning ahead of him.

Dylan Stewart is back too but Prince finished 2nd in sacks in the sec I believe

The whole OL got demonstratively better when he took over.

Well, seeing as how the line was vastly improved when he was put into the lineup, like Night and Day different, I’m sure he is better than “serviceable.” But, what do I know? I’m not an oline scout/coach/aficionado like you…

Can't the dean admit them even after that date?

Yes. With sign offs from the professors. Been there/done that.

When did we all of a sudden run out of money and this became an either/or thing? Pretty sure the way this staff and boosters are going, they will come up with the asking for whoever they deem a fit.

That makes sense, i just don’t get the point of getting the WF tackle if they’re not planning on bringing in more guys aggressively. To me it’s like if Texas settled on another reciver other than Coleman. I understand the money side of things and the team needs extend more than the oline but i feel like for weeks everyone was complaining about the line and now are settled with what we got. I’m not saying i’m not impressed or upset with what Texas has brought in, but it’s like the scenario of getting two good receivers instead of coleman imo. Again though I haven’t been unimpressed a day this whole cycle so maybe i’m tripping and hung up on the big fish lol.
