Kirk Francis, junior Tulsa transfer. If Hammond isn't ready and Sorsby is doomed, Francis has 3k career yards. Started at Tulsa until concussion kept him out and lost the job. Other 2 on the roster are redshirt freshman. I'll assume Tech looks for another portal QB to add.
