Very quick second jump, ball handling showing improving signs and can play in the ball screen game Who will be the Chendall Weaver type guy? The spark, hustle, energy, 5-tool player? Is Freeman the one? Quote

I’d also love a Half court piece installed for a National Championship. Need it like I need air. If you look at what Florida or Michigan does with the courts they’ve won Nattys on I’d love it if Texas did that when they eventually win one with Sean Miller. Quote
Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted 6 hours ago Author Moderators Posted 6 hours ago Texas very pleased with workouts so far. Texas feels like the pieces all fit on a roster ... I agree 4 Quote

Texas likes where John Clark is going as a player. He's a 6-10'ish, 235-240-pound guy. Obiorah can be a rim protector, but is stricktly a defensive player at this point in his development. Texas could play small with Punch as a "college 5", but they will do that some regardless of foul trouble. I still expect the Horns to likely add a small role playing back up big as final roster piece. 5 Quote
ClubWhatever Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Both Florida and Michigan had so much length this past year. Feels like you need that kind of length to be a serious contender. Like multiple skiled guys over 6-9 who can defend and run the floor. Doesn’t seem like we are quite there yet. Quote

Doesn’t mean they will make a FF or play for a title, but the roster has what it needs to be a contender Quote
