OTF doesn't believe there is a high probability Beckham Black signs in November. 

That doesn't change anything with Texas and Black. The Horns are all in.

OTF expects Texas to bring in Monday offer Cherif Millogo for an OV soon. 

 

I'm pretty sure his agent lives in Austin.

Style and lineup versatility… being able to matchup with more teams and styles of play … play big, small, bigger, fast, slow and be better in early transition 

And watching these freshmen and sophomores improve throughout the season

Hard to say for sure. Think Texas could have a shot ... it's NIL.
