Just hard for me to believe a hand injury from last yr should be having the effect its had this szn. He’s not even remotely close to what he was last before the injury and doesn’t seem to be getting better. Really holding this team back. Tough to say. I feel like the issue with the staple could've been prevented, but that's speculation on my part. 1 Quote

Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 39 minutes ago Author Moderators Posted 39 minutes ago Credit the Longhorns for making things worth paying attention to in the ninth. It's a three-run frame for Texas after Becerra's RBI double to right (Chapman couldn't come up with a diving catch). Two outs and A-Rod is up with Becerra on second in a five-run game, 14-9. Quote
Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 37 minutes ago Author Moderators Posted 37 minutes ago FINAL: Tennessee 14, Texas 9 It's just the second SEC series loss of the season for the Longhorns. Texas drops to 36-12 on the season, 15-10 in SEC play. Quote
CoachBobbyFinstock Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago Embarrassing series. Not real competitive getting struck out 19 times last night and giving up 14 runs today. Ruger has to throw tomorrow. Quote
AusMOJO Posted 9 minutes ago Posted 9 minutes ago I'm not a baseball fan, so excuse my ignorance. But from what I've followed a long this year, this team is wildly inconsistent lol. One minute they look great and the next they look like they can't do much of anything right. Not sure if that's normal in baseball, considering how many games you play and how long the season can be but just my uneducated observation. Hope they get it sorted and make a deep run. Quote
