NIL NIL NIL

It’s been said here that we are in the top portion with this many misses it has to be staff or someone negatively recruiting against us. Uga has beaten us this past year pretty easily with a team full of transfers

Him picking UGA is all about fit. He wouldn’t have been a weekend starter at Texas next year and he will be at UGA. Simple as that. We’re going to have Volantis , cozart , and Winter/Walls/Crossland/Rangel/Jorgenson/one of the other big time freshman arms fight it out for the third weekend spot next year. UGA lost all 3 of their weekend starters.. It’s really not hard to figure out why he picked them. UGA also has 7 guys in their HS class and were going to end up bringing in 18.. Those guys cost money.

It's pretty funny how scared you get anytime someone announces for another school not named Texas and the conspriacy theories you come up with.

Should we have gone after players who weren't as talented so that we don't have as many "misses" and you could feel better? The competition for good players is intense. Sorry, we aren't going to bat 1.000. We beat Georgia for Ian Armstrong. We beat Tennessee and LSU for Sawyer Solitaria. We beat South Carolina for Gavin King.

But feel free to keep worrying.

Okay, homer. When our team has more holes than other teams, we cannot afford to miss as often. We have already missed on several top targets, including Angel Laya, Bino Watters, Nate Savoie, and now Paz (which were all top targets), but you are too much of a sunshine pumper to see it. You can be constructive at times, but it is pointless talking to you.

1000%. That doesn’t even include Linkin Garcia who everyone wanted. We didn’t have as many holes to fill as everyone else either. Paz knew he wasn’t going to start at Texas and he will at UGA. It’s really not very hard to figure out why he didn’t pick Texas

When a team doesnt win a natty it has to be upgraded not just fill holes look what Miller did he upgraded. Even Sark upgraded not sure why Schloss cannot do that

If Georgia is so stacked and has so few holes, why are they taking dudes like Jason Flores? Or Marcos Paz and his 9 ERA with the hopes he can be a weekend starter?

You would have flipped out if this site reported our Sunday starter next year was a dude who had a 9 ERA this year and you would have talked about how the staff didn’t do enough to upgrade. But when Georgia does it, it’s okay?

Quite the double standard.

Paz has huge upside 🤣

The Texas staff brought in 2 pitchers on visits (and we got one of them). What does that tell you about how the staff feels about our pitching? He would have been a nice addition and he does have great upside but he wasn’t going to be a weekend starter at Texas.. He doesn’t strike me as a guy who’s not afraid of competition..
