OTF Sideline Debate: If Texas had to pick a sponsor jersey patch, who would you go with and why?

I came here to say never, but the mods as usual tempered my view - to ok, I could live with that but wouldn't like it!

I didnt scroll past page 1 but if no one has said it why not... BMW, Mercedes, Louis Vuitton... really lean into the whole brand thing.

Or to double down on oil money and all gas no brakes: Exxon!

Armadillo World Head Quarters!!!

AWHQ could not afford it so there would be no patch!!!!

Go look at those Texas uniforms back then. No patches, just TEXAS, Longhorn graphics and the Players Name.  No dumb conference name nor uniform maker symbols!!

10 years ago, every response in this thread would have been "Um, nothing. What's wrong with y'all?". It's crazy how the window has shifted on this stuff.

NIL and portal have anything to do with the window shift?

Guys the answer is obviously Monster Energy make a deal for 21 mill for Texas alone. I love the Dell idea I’d hate to admit it but Tesla would look cool on the jersey. Lambo would look the best IMO. I know @Gerry Hamilton would want Duke’s and fletcher’s sponsorship patches

Lambo should put a Texas logo on a special car.  Burnt orange Longhorn Badging.  Tesla would be an option here too.  Texas markets their logo and keep the other stuff off the jerseys.
