As we've written, this is a multi-million dollar decision for a family. The young man is truly one of the top handful of players in the country.

We did, but he’s not a QB and he would be able to get out of the fishbowl that is Louisiana and just play ball here.

I think the big recruit they're flipping is Brewster from Tech. Could be wrong. 

As for the drama around Royal, well that is not of his own doing. It's more so because of his ranking, the state he comes from and LSU basically tightening the screws on in state recruits. 

In saying that Texas would happily take both Sales and Royal. Both different skill sets but very talented. Plus with high level 5 star recruits like this, there is always going to be drama. But most of it isn't coming from the young man. So far from all reports he seems locked into his commitment.

Not disagreeing, just saying for him it’s a bigger bowl than Louisiana with more exotic fish to look at and distract from.
