I hate that this is happening but until something is actually enforced this viewpoint will continue to be competitively correct. Not morally correct, but competitively correct. There's millions of dollars on the line.

i'm seeing reports that he will have to cut players currently on the roster to make room for these guys.  if true, that is horrible and i hope that this all blows up in Kiffin's face this year.

The presidents and SEC commissioner need to give LSU the "Texas Tech" treatment here...and I think they will.

Sankey is an empty nutsack. He won’t do anything.

Whole sport needs to step up to stop it if anything is going to get done. Sorsby case showed that if everyone rallies against one team you can stop them from doing something detrimental to the sport, even if they are going all in on what they are doing now.

I mean if they are going to ignore the interconference transfer rule why not ignore the roster limit rule too?

Different without distinction for Cole Hutson.

Well, except for transferring to another team within the SEC outside the portal process.

This opens an interesting window to player acquisition in the coming weeks if other schools follow LSU’s lead here.

Basically, any 2022 recruit who fails to make the final 53-man NFL roster in a few weeks can now be recruited by any college football program to immediately play (and no portal process is required, and grabbing former players from other SEC programs is fair game).

This could turn into a feeding frenzy in a few weeks.

Any good ILBs from SEC schools last season now fighting to make an NFL roster?

So idk where LSU is coming up with the money for all these players but kudos to them. Also adding players means they have to cut some on the current team. Lane is playing a different game let’s see if it blows up in his face

I mean are they really NFL players? They all seem the written on the wall about being cut or put on waivers.

Also this seems like they are burning bridges for ever playing in the nfl. Seems like very short term thinking.
