Having an open board and letting the algorithm get rid of bad threads that no one is posting on is the best way to handle things, not through censoring or trashing new threads. That way, you get a lot of interesting threads.

I didn't like the Mod content on OB as much as IT, so I switched to IT on the advice of my late friend, Bevo44, but the OB board I left was 100x better because it had a lot of traffic and variety, and it didn't have all the self-appointed hall monitors. The OTF board has been good so far. Occasionally, you get an OT thread that is really interesting. You never saw that on IT. I'm just hoping this board stays free of the Karen-like hall monitors.
