One would assume the SEC expected this to play out this way. So we will see if they have been playing chess , while LSU plays checkers. And when can they start penalizing LSU is my next question. Seems the Judge says they can't, but who knows.

If they have to wait on the Bama ruling , or go full speed ahead. No way the SEC can back down now, it's on!

Should only help it. It's just basically a game of chicken if Lane will actually roster them. They could eventually face serious punishment if they go through with this.

This is getting ridiculous. Nothing in our Constitution says judges can make laws and regulations through TROs. Congress has to take over and give the conferences or an organization like the NCAA an antitrust exemption so they can set hard rules that are legally protected from these independent and activist judges.

The federal court can enter an anti1suit injunction against the Louisiana state court which is what I predict will happen tomorrow.

I have not looked at the docket in the federal case but i bet there is a motion being filed as we speak to enjoin the state court.
