Great article, Jeff. Thank you. The talent this team has and the upside they show to be inept so frequently is frustrating but to still be 4-0 entering a bye week before a matchup with a seemingly even more inept offense at OU is truly amazing. I'm disgustedly happy. 🤘

Sark brought Texas back from years of mediocrity and that’s great, but he needs to adapt and realize he is just not the same caliber of play caller like he was at bama. Our offenses loaded with talent have mainly been underwhelming, and I’ve seen plenty of sec offenses with half the talent perform and execute at much higher levels. This can’t go on, he needs to just drop the ego and hire an OC. Also he need to stop cutting slack to his bama buddies and demand much higher standards.

I honestly think everyone is just very emotional. There’s a lot of bad stuff on offense right now. A lot of undisciplined football. We are all on the same side. 🤘🏼 gotta get better.

I’ll hop in to defend CJ here. If he was on here and X always spitting out what the coaches say we’d be upset he was just toeing the company line. The offense is nothing like what we were told we had or thought we had, especially for the $$$$ we spent. But CJ didn’t say anything terrible- the offense, outside of the 4thQ of the OSU game, has been poor.

So the RB’s getting met at the exchange by defenders had nothing to do with the performance? The offense as a whole was bad today. Sloppy. Lethargic even. They’ve looked that way for the majority of 4 games now. They show flashes, but never consistently good.

I want the best for Texas and I want to hold themselves at a high standard. I want to play the game with passion and execution, if we lose, we lose. BUT watching mediocrity play and have my heart and liver stressed like this drives me crazy. Texas should not have players grabbing their junk and smelling it after a TD, they shouldn't have players whipping out their imaginary d*ick and peeing on a player and they shouldn't have so many highly paid receivers drop balls. Don't get me to even start on the QB that throws over the line of scrimmage 3 times in the last 2 game s. SMH
