Yormark Leaves Big 12

I have a little different take.  I do not think he was all bad.  He tried to inject a little bit of sizzle in a conference that was (and is) mired in never-never land (never good enough to hunt with the big dogs, but never crumby enough to be a MAC clone).  Let's face it.  If you have a crappy piece of meat, no matter how you cook it...........it tastes terrible.

I think he didn't understand how difficult dealing with University Presidents, AD's, etc really could be.  It gives new meaning to the phrase "hearding cats".  The Tech thing probably just pushed him over the edge.

Speaking from experience, sometimes a divorce is best for all parties.

Yeah, that's true, but the way Patterson utterly destroyed Texas athletics for 10+ years for as little of a tenure he had was something to behold. He was Atilla the Hun.

A lot of University of Miami alumni were freaking out this past spring bc Miami was so close to hiring that clown’s twin brother as their AD. Fortunately for them it never happened. He ran the Florida Panthers way into the ground.

After the Monster bad deal was better understood plus the Sorsby stuff, I doubt Brett had enough support.

Won't be missed. 

But I did enjoy TT getting slapped around when the other teams pushed Brett into action.
