I think if Nebraska had been more successful last year with Rhule they would have been able to sustain that momentum. 1 Quote

They caught lightning in a bottle when they had Dr Tom Osborne as their longtime HC. And Bob Devanney before Osborne. Under those two NU was a juggernaut for decades. It's another example of a university having the right guy in place... and then comes a succession of wrong HCs and all the warts underneath the surface that were hidden pop up again and the whole program grinds to a halt. We've seen it in Austin before. Here's hoping Coach Sark can keep Texas rolling for a long time... Hook 'Em! Quote
