syracusehorn Posted June 13 Posted June 13 I think this is wishful thinking. It wouldn't surprise me if Baxter missed the whole year. His injury was really bad, and his rehab will be at least 14 months. Maybe he plays in November/December if we're in contention for a championship. 1 1 Quote

He's on track if he's doing a little work with basic agility. But that part takes a while too. I've been through this process myself twice (with ACLs) and did a LOT of reading about rehab. Baxter didn't just have an ACL tear, though. He tore both the ACL and PCL. I don't know for sure, but he likely had some meniscus damage and maybe even bone damage. It was a bad injury. My point was that someone who is cleared to rejoin team activities in June is not in danger of missing the entire season, short of a different injury or re-injury.Β Quote
