Read in several places that his shoulder injury won't completely heal without surgery. He's had the injury since high school, but he doesn't want to take the time out that surgery would require. Doesn't seem like he's getting the best advice for his career.

What am I missing with all the “hope he gets fully healed before our game”????  I loved that Lagway was out for last years game and we blew them out at home.   Wasn’t even close.

We have a tough, really tough schedule.   I don’t wish for anyone to be injured but I certainly wouldn’t mind if Lagway missed the game against the Horns again.   Playing at the swamp will be intense and I’d love to see another.blowout.   OSU, OU, Georgia, A&M will all be tough games….im ok if one or two extra tailwinds blow our way  with lopsided wins.

hook em!! 🐂🤘🏼🧡

Feel sorry the kid. Extremely talented, but injury prone. Hopefully he can shake these nagging injuries.

I’m sure SEC fans didn’t feel sorry for Quinn’s nagging injuries.

What puzzles me about him, and I know how much arm talent he has, is how he didn't really use his legs last year.  Wasn't he labeled a dual threat QB ?

He avg 2 yds per carry last year.

Watch the Georgia game.  He beat them with his legs as much as his passing.

Apparently he has been spotted on campus in a boot. May end up not being serious, but it’s yet another injury. Lagway can’t stay healthy

I think they use boots as preventative measures quite a bit. So even with some minor toe or ankle tenderness he'd immediately be in a boot to protect it.

True. I think it has been reported at this point that he did sustain a minor injury. Not sure what exactly though

Part of that is how the college game records rushing yardage. Sacks go against rushing totals. Whereas in the NFL, sacks are separated from rushing yardage. You see way more college QBs finishing with even net negative rushing yard totals.

He’s a difference maker. If he’s not in there, Florida’s a different team.

He's a difference maker in the sense that Florida doesn't have much real talent on the roster and anyone with a drip of talent is going to look like a fully turned on faucet. He a Milroe are very similar as I'm on record saying. They are great running around and playing backyard football, but ask them to get the ball out and on schedule and they are meh.

So he missed spring ball and now he’s missing at least the start of fall camp. Even Superman needs to practice before the season starts
