I can’t comment on the validity of that chart, but we our confident in Ohio State’s IOL because they just proved they could win a national championship. As for the tackles, it’s strictly based off of reporting on how they’ve performed in fall camp. Quote

The OL line that just proved it could win a championship was blocking for Judkins, Henderson, and Howard. In 2006, we were playing at home against Ohio State with redshirt freshman Colt McCoy making only his second start. Starters on the OL were Blalock, Dockery, Sendlein, Studdard and Hills, all returners from our championship season. We lost that game. Just Sayin. Edited 19 hours ago by lemonandaturd 2 Quote

The ‘06 Texas team returned all five starters from their ‘05 national championship team? That’s wild. Quote

Per Grok, only 3 of those guys started against USC in the 05-06 Rose Bowl. Grok‘s been wrong before. Either way, a massive fact missing from your comparison is that Texas is not returning the stars that 06 Ohio State was. If this was Arch’s second season as QB1, I would be much more concerned. Yeah, and I would argue that they should have returned to the natty game despite replacing VY with McCoy. Unfortunately, McCoy got hurt against K-State and A&M and Texas lost both of those games. If they had won both of those games, they would've beaten Nebraska in the Big 12 title game and gotten into the natty game over Florida. Could've had a rematch in Glendale that season. That team was basically the '05 team minus VY and a couple of other key contributors. Quote
AusMOJO Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago According to Tim May, Ohio State has the best player ever at every position and Texas is scared, might as well not even show up lol. 1 Quote
harveycmd Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Keep getting back to Arch is much better than Sayin. We'll see. Quote

Tim May posts here as LovingBuckeye. It’s crazy how identical the Buckeye and Sooner fanbases are. Quote
