Sark says KJ Lacey ran the two minute drill with the twos. Had a big time explosive play with his legs and throw to Daylan McCutcheon.

Caldwell had a 16 play and 13 play drive that moved the ball efficiently.

Sark, when comparing Arch Manning’s running ability to other quarterbacks he’s coached, said Jake Locker was a runner first that he and the Washington staff had to develop into a passer.

Arch’s legs bring a dynamic to the table that Sark’s offenses typically haven’t had, he said.

On why he doesn’t vote in the Coaches Poll, Sark said the combination of not being able to pay attention to/watch other games and the 12-team CFP means he doesn’t even know what the Coaches Poll means anymore.

Any injury update for Emmett Mosley? Thought he was limited at the scrimmage

Sark didn’t mention him. He only mentioned Brooks and Townsend as guys who got dinged up in the scrimmage.

They better be really careful about who they line up at nickel. Way back when I was taught to have hot feet and that was at outside corner. Once your feet stop moving you're beat. Nickel is totally different, you better be able to set the edge, have quick play recognition as well as quick feet. At corner and safety you're first move is backwards. At nickel more times than not your first move is a recognition step then you have to be quick enough to get to where you're supposed to be in the scheme, it is extremely difficult and not everyone can do it.
