I suppose their is a chance he could return but I doubt it and if he does our defense was always gonna cause him major problems.

I don't think so.  The risk for re-injuring it plus his compensating for the injury for one game is too much.

The part that sucks is they haven't been able to get Hawkins any meaningful gametime reps in this new offense.

Criminal fans are adamantly saying they think Mateer will play against Texas. I would be shocked if he does, but I wouldn't put it past them to try it. 

I don't get the Mateer hype. He hasn't exactly lit it up against good competition. Criminals can play him all they want.
