Qualifications are: you must be an OG, you must be available from 7-8pm CT tomorrow night, you must have good WiFi, and you must be a good sport.     The NCAA agreed to permanently change its transfer rules and allow multiple transfers without an athlete having to sit out one season upon the second transfer. This was expected. Not a major rule change IMO.
