    Seemed to me in the last years Mack just recruited off Dave Campbell and dropped the ball on scouting and evaluation. Sarkisian and his staff is performing at a much higher level.

    Not a good thing for Texas as it has been all of his recruits being drafted on the DL since Sarkisian was hired at Texas.

    Inviting only to kids who think on field experience is more important than off field conditioning and practices. Maturity means a lot, especially at OL.

    Now it is revealed that the Seahawks were complicit is deluding Alabama recruits that he was the new OC. https://atozsports.com/nashville/seattle-seahawks-alabama-news-grubb-football/ Seems like the Seahawks intentionally delayed news of Grubb's hiring until the Bama 30 day transfer portal was closed. I bet there is some fallout this spring. It will be interesting to see who the new OC is.

    Like I opined, if he is dissatisfied after Spring practice and enters the portal, I do not think even Texas passes on Williams.

    Yes, but few as good as what Texas has now. I personally would hope Flood can keep it at a high level. So who do you think will step in for the 2025 OL?

    No doubt. But if Texas can get him to visit .... Choice recruits better than any other Coach not named Sarkisian at Texas. I would also say Dear is the fastest 11.1 seconds to 100m football player I have ever seen.
