    Should win or get 2nd in their group. The hope is to at least win one knockout stage game and make the round of 16. Kind of a situation where anything less than that is disappointing and anything more than that is a really pleasant surprise.

    I play soccer every Sunday with a group of about 20-30 guys and 4 of them are from South Africa. They all told me that they would be shocked if they got a single point through all 3 games. I should've listened cause they look awful.

    I could not believe Earley left Freshcorn in as long as he did. Freshcorn had been incredible all season but he was very clearly out of gas and you could just feel a big shot coming from USC. Very poor coaching in that situation.

    Yeah I agree. I think if you just slide them both up ahead of Lanning, then it looks good. Sark vs Lanning could be a good debate but I don't feel too strongly either way.

    If we're talking their college careers as a whole, it might be Vince. Tebow and Baker were top 5 in Heisman voting for 3 straight years. Burrow had arguably the best QB season we've ever seen and led probably the best offense we've ever seen. Cam Newton had debatably the biggest carry job ever in 2010. College careers as a whole, Tebow and Baker were a lot more consistent across multiple years while Burrow, Vince, and Cam had insane one year peaks. Like, did Baker ever reach the peaks that Cam, Vince, and Burrow did? Maybe not, but his 3 years as a whole are much more consistent and probably better overall than Vince, Cam, or Burrow's. Just depends how you look at it I guess.

    My mom said when I was 3 years old, they put a Texas game on TV and I asked what was wrong with the Texans helmets since It was the Texans inaugural season and I got introduced to them. They explained to me that its college and how its all different. They said from that moment on I basically only wanted Texas stuff and that I cried once when I was 3 cause Chris Simms did a Hook Em to the TV and I thought it was to me....

    CJ, please tell me you don't actually think this is a good argument. 1988 first round, MJ averaged 45 points on absurdly good efficiency while Scottie Pippen was a rookie who averaged 10 points on poor efficiency. This narrative is so played out and such a weak comeback.

    This tweet made me laugh out loud. “I’ve heard more NBA employees put Jordan outside of their top 2 than put him 1st.” i’m sorry but if you are talking to anyone and they have anyone other than MJ and LeBron in their top 2, you should end the conversation or at least recognize that their opinion shouldn’t be respected. Adding that in made the entire tweet just sound bitter and like a joke

    It's just weird that you only defend Flood in this way. Whenever people start saying the same type of things about every other position coach, you never jump to defend them like this.
