    It’s nowhere near 97% but he has been hurt all three years. He has a deep ball that is not very accurate. When he is healthy he is excellent with mid range passes, but he’s not very mobile. Being a journeyman starter or being a reliable backup is not a bust. It is if you are a first round pick but he won’t be that.

    He’s passed away but his wife is still alive. The son comes out often to talk to customers. He has no problem talking about that feud.

    I would not have a problem with it. RT is not trying to throw shade at Texas. And if it works then the athletic department at Texas would have to step up their commitment to men’s basketball. No way will they let A&M beat them over and over again.

    Beard is having to convince others to hire him. See Gerry’s comments on the Indiana job. I completely agree he would leave A&M, but I could see him making that move. It is better than Ole Miss. Buzz has done a good job there. I do wonder what Beards forever job is now.

    Then why does Tech have a better program? It’s not just coaching.

    A coach who has zero interest in Texas too. Why leave Tech? Fans were loud the whole game. Only place Texas fans travel to is San Antonio.

    That was Rodney’s guy. He had them included the entire year. His relationship with RT is what kept Texas in the hunt.
