  1. Sergio Kindle wore #2. I liked watching him play.
  2. My favorite, by far, was Randy McEachern! Him and Earl in the backfield.
  3. He's a Day Walker.
  4. I love that. QBs that operate from consistently clean pockets don't show you everything on tape. Manning operated behind a line that was less than adequate. It looks like we have another that's a playmaker under duress. Gruntled.
  5. Read the whole thread. I admitted to being unclear about that. I meant that Ohio State has better athletes than Iowa State. Implying that they might be able to run the flyover scheme more effectively.
  6. I was very unclear. What I was trying to say was that Ohio State has better athletes than IOWA STATE. It might make the scheme work better. I'm not sure there's a team in college football that can out-athlete Texas.
  7. A premise was advanced on another Texas site about an idea that Patricia might use to stop Texas. I was actually thinking that we were going to handily take care of business in Columbus. Now I'm not as confident. 1) We have a new O-Line. We are a little banged up at Tackle. 2) We have a new QB that likes to throw downfield. 3) At least last year, our running game kindof stalled against tough defenses. If Ohio State played 3 down and dropped 8, (Iowa State flyover) and forced Texas to beat them running the ball, could we do it? Ohio State has better athletes. It might work. What do y'all think?
  8. Thanks for the link.
  9. I just don't see it. I think Texas wins this one easy. 42-10 Texas.
  10. Better not tell Looch that Manziel is saying nice things about a Texas player. He'll get banned (from something).
  11. I'll say Russell Hays since my wife and his wife are cousins.
  12. For me, Number 16 will ALWAYS be the undefeated James Street. When 16 is playing QB, we always win. I hope I can still say that in February of 2026.
  13. LOL. That's still 3 hours. I'm guessing it's really Gerry's fault.
  14. Blake. If you're an early riser, like me, how is it so hard to start at 8:15? That's 4 1/2 hours from now.
  15. F Cancer. I was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer 2 years ago. On a good day, it's such a nuisance. On a bad day, it can be downright scary. Wishing Sergio the best.
  16. No Red Zone issues with Earl in the backfield.
  17. Might be my computer.... Tennessee orange?
  18. The thing about women's basketball that I find interesting...... There are no physical freaks like Shaq, Michael or Kobe. They have to rely on fundamentals and it's actually fun to watch. Two players that I always enjoyed watching were Oscar Robertson and Larry Bird. Two Indiana boys that were about as fundamentally sound as you can get. Women's basketball is different from the men but it does have it's merits.
  19. From what I've been reading, the DBs are happy because they are going to be helped by a better pass rush. The D-Line is happy because they think they might get a few coverage sacks. And everyone is saying that the linebackers are always in the right place. Dat's a long day for opposing offenses.
  20. Based on recent reports, my favorite Number 29 is Graceson Littleton!
