    Next two games are must wins for the good guys against conference bottom dwellers and will help clarify whether we will contend for a spot in the tournament.

    I agree with all of your points. He is still growing as a QB and a lot will depend on what team he ends up on. If his draft team treats him old school where he can carry a clip board behind an aging veteran a couple of years he could mature into a solid NFL starter. His pocket patience and presence with improve. He is very strong armed and accurate and has the tools to succeed for sure.

    The total domination of A&M would be up there for me. Best play is the 4th down play vs ASU.

    I do not think 7-11 will get us there. Maybe 8-10 will but not 7-11. That means we need 5 more wins. I do not think this team will get there especially with the i injuries we have if they persist. Hope I am wrong. The way I see it we need to at least tie for being in the top half of the conference. This is no different in my view of some of those really competitive Big 12 seasons where slightly under .500 might get you in if you finish in the top half. 7-11 seems a stretch.

    Wonder if this team has a chemistry problem. They just don’t play well together at times. Maybe it’s just their deficiencies at the 4 and 5 positions but we just aren’t very good.

    True but we need to win some of these and build some momentum. Close losses and losing conference records are not going to get it done for a team with a bunch of worthless non conference opponents.
