He’s right we had nothing to do with them scoring 2 offensive touchdowns in two years. He’s right what the aggies didn’t do is score enough points to win or have a better more talented team.

I’m ok if Mizzou is down this year given our schedule gauntlet and where they are in the schedule…

Thats the tie breaker whoever has the most pin downs if records are the same. The final game is a pool match filled with Monster against Yormark who is also jacked UP on monster.

Enchiladas y mas is definitely legit! Paplote for tacos is a good spot too. BBQ is hard to go wrong!

He’s absolutely right! If it works for Duke it’ll work for us!! Hook’em baby!!! I want all our rowdy friends to come to town!! Come early, stay late, be loud, wear orange!!

It adds up if you think about it. We actually have cheaper tickets than they do but Texas fans are bigger jerks than Aggies so tickets on the open market cost more. It has nothing to do with the talent on the field, location, or opponent when it comes to Texas.

I was 19 and a sophomore at Arkansas. I vividly remember that day it was an absolutely gorgeous day in NW Arkansas it was cool and crisp on my walk to my comparative anatomy class with Dr. Walker from my house. My friend Sammie came into class and told me that she heard a plane had hit the WTC and we were joking thinking it was a small plane “how do you miss that”. Then Dr. Walker came in and told us what was going on and it was like a bomb went off. He told everyone we were free to go and check on folks if needed but he’d like us to stay and discuss what was going on. We had a discussion about the goal of terrorism being to disrupt and disrupt trust in society and our responsibility is to unite and over come that together. My dad was working at UT then and my mom at the Presbyterian seminary so I was very worried about an attack on the largest university in the country, the capital city in Bush’s state, and the possibility that there would be some religious attacks as well. Thankfully that was not the case. A day I won’t ever forget!

Thank you for sharing and your service! Truly a hero alongside so many others who have valiantly served our country. I agree that it is unfortunate that we’re so polarized in this country now in so many ways.

I agree with the mentality side. I really hope you’re right!! I’m just in prove it mode until we get over the hump. It’ll be the same for me with UGA if we play them this year.

I disagree we had the Thorpe award winning db, first round talent at WR, and a better QB. They had a great squad to be sure but we were right there with them.

I hope I’m wrong too. I’m in the Gerry Hamilton camp if you’ve got to prove it to me before I start to believe.
  21. Alex Butler
See my explanation on that in my original comment. The Aggies aren’t a traditional power.

Two equally talented teams, playing a top 5 match up at night, the visiting team 2-3 years removed from winning a national championship, experienced QBs, and Texas is favored by 1.5 is not analogous enough for a comparison? It’s not a conference game if that’s what you mean and we’re not ranked 1 the visiting team is.

I thought he was just asking about examples where we’ve come up short. We don’t have that many big time home games to draw on I’m using the Georgia game in 24 as my closest comp on this one.
  24. Alex Butler
Fair, there isn’t a large sample size but we do know Sark has struggled against these programs and coaches. The Georgia game in 24 is the closest comp I’m using for this game.
  25. Alex Butler
The Georgia game is the comp that I’m drawing most closely right now.
