  1. Mack had to be begged to recruit Vince as a QB and he better be thanking Tim Brewster every day for getting Vince. He turned away multiple Heisman winning QBs. As pointed out he burned this program down from 2010 on with his lazy recruiting and exit. He crap talked the program and school to anyone who would listen, he actively encouraged commits to look elsewhere and players on the team to leave. We’re all thankful for the title VINCE delivered and we can all dislike Mack brown for how, why, and after circumstances he created the lead to him being essentially fired
  2. He’s inside your tent pissing in it and he’s outside your tent pissing on it.
  3. I would like to see Brooks get some reps at RT once he's off punishment(hopefully these next two games) just to see what he can do. Right now Baker is a turn table offensive lineman and not good.

  5. Do you ever wonder how good women's basketball would be if the volleyball athletes played basketball instead? They just appear so much more coordinated and athletic with more hops than the basketball players. There is also so many 6 foot plus volleyball players
  6. We're so good this year on the outsides and passing. Early on it looks like we are on a collision course with Nebraska but a lot of season to go.
  7. I find it comical that Sark is so hard headed being a Saban reclamation project that he can't see this. Considering Saban ALWAYS adapted to the changes in CFB especially with regards to offense.
  8. And you expect our QB coach to be able to help our HC how to call offense when this is his offenses as a OC: Akron Offensive FEI 2013 - 113 2014 - 122 2015 - 99 2016 - 90 2017 - 114 2018 - 126
  9. 2-28 since 1995 HC's who have won national titles as offensive playcallers and those who were not play callers for their team in national championships the last 30 years 2-8 vs top 10 teams as Texas 1-6 vs top 5 teams at Texas with his offense being the problem in most all of these top 5 games. 111('24), 89('23) red zone rankings on semi final teams that lost because offense can't score in red zone Year: Offense vs Defensive Rankings 2024: 18 vs 3 2023: 19 vs 6 2022: 17 vs 8 2021: 35 vs 47 The numbers clearly show the problem and it needs correcting. With that said, I am happy you're just glad to be in the playoffs!
  10. I'm just going by numbers man....is what it is. Odds say a play calling head coach isn't going to win a title especially an offensive one because in the last 30 years Steve Spurrier and Jimbo Fisher are the only two to do it. I'd rather Sarkisian swallow his pride and hire a new QB coach with play calling duties. If he can't do that and realize his side of the ball is the weak link and reason why we haven't and won't punch through then that's on him.
  11. So you're just happy to be there and okay with not being able to win it all because of offensive deficiency?
  12. 4* but after year 1 PK has improved his unit every year he's been here. While Sark has improved from year one the past 3 years have been stagnant in terms of improving the offense while the talent level dramatically increased from year one. This also includes red zone offense regressing every year since year one.
  13. I'm excited for this match up! Nebraska 3-0'd them in a early season match up.
  14. They also loaded up in the portal.
  15. I don't expect every game to be 70-0. I expect the team to look well coached especially considering the amount of snaps the players have over the course of the past few years that are now starters. One side of the ball lives up to that, the other does not and it's been that way for going on 3 years now. We do not have an identity on offense since Sark has been here....there is not one thing you can point to and say yes that is Texas offense under Steve Sarkisian. We are just a jack of all trades that are above average to good across them but a master of none. That lack of identity is why we continually struggle in the red zone.
  16. Quinn's footwork exhibits the exact same footwork issue we see with ARch.
  17. Reality is tough for some. The so called offensive genius has no clue what to do when his game plan and script run out. Arch looks worse than last year, Quinn regressed. We need a play calling qb coach in a bad way and sark seems to arrogant to realize it
  18. Right now Wingo needs the be in the depth chart place of Nibblett and Livingstone is clear #1. Nibblett just needs to focus on punt returns and catching them so we don't lose yardage and hurt the offense. I really think we need to give some of the young pups their opportunity and see how they perform in meaningful game situations.
  19. Experience doesn't make you drop balls or run lazy routes.
  20. Same guy that also never once mentioned Worthy broken hand or the severity of Quinn's abdominal strain until after the fact. I truthfully don't expect an honest answer from him regarding this type of stuff because he protects the players to a detriment.
