    This is such a stupid way to look at 2026 class....you want the class to be as loaded as it can not for 2026 Texas Longhorns season but for 2027-2028-2029. But I guess that's the recurring message around Texas for the 2026 class.

    I don't know why so many of you Texas fans are so excited and looking forward to getting away from the wild west and all these rules and regulations that may or may not happen/come. Texas has been one of the biggest beneficiaries of the wild west of NIL because of our resources. It's crazy how y'all don't see this and how the new landscape hurts Texas more than helps.

    Rules only apply to Texas cause “ethics” and if the “rules” are so unknown then operate your NIL program as you had previously been doing. Don’t hamstring yourself and put yourself behind the 8ball because you want to be a stickler for arbitrary rulings that will be litigated in law suits

    messing with calculators im not seeing a top 5 class probably 7-9 range. Don’t think we close on enough remaining guys to make that jump…and I don’t think flips will be occurring like previous years given there is no national letter of intent or official signing day because of that.

    Some people want black and white answers and thoughts but reality of college football for at least 50 years has been gray area operations and pushing rules to their limits and beyond.
