  1. I too don’t have much sympathy for Yormark, but I don’t think this is something he can ignore. I also think if the Big 12 wants to be treated as a legitimate conference, Yormark will be forced to do something here.
  2. Texas is following rules that have no consequences and that was on full display. As it relates to Rev share, why should we follow Rev share, when we could pay $25 mill for a recruiting class every year? We could literally have $45+ million rosters a year, but we don’t because we “follow the rules.” Don’t think we should do that anymore. We should just unleash the Death Star and open up the wallets like never before.
  3. If you can’t enforce rules, then there is no point in having rules. If a judge cannot see that, then he should no longer be a judge. This was a very simple decision.
  4. 2 excuse me, sorry. Cook and Hemphill. Swanson is probably in the boat, but close that one. Ramsier is out, Rhoa, maybe the 5th after Siler.
  5. We’ve got 3 in the boat, massive lead for Swanson, Siler is probably 5, unless we make a massive offer for Camara.
  6. Silent commit, does not always mean it’ll pan out, but generally does.
  7. I have generally considered 1970 to be my cutoff date, since I don’t collect baseball past that, but an argument could be made for mid 80’s. I would think 83-84 is cut off. Can’t be ‘89 because that’s junk wax. I say that while one of my favorite cards is the UD Griffey rookie.
  8. Vintage stuff is the best man, my dad and I collect vintage solely and they’re just so superior to the modern cards.
  9. Well they do have a $10 million roster, so the pressure should be on them.
  10. At some point, we’re going to have to put Teeg on Texas Mount Rushmore of athletes. She’s just so special.
  11. This is why I f*cking love college football. Sickos sending FOIA requests to schools to validate whether they talked about scheduling. Kudos to @Realist Horn - truly the best of us.
  12. Correct, I just feel as though in the very rare circumstances district court judges get to do something significant, they’ll take a chance.
  13. Btw, district court judges don’t get to draft significant opinions, so I bet this guy will write a novel
  14. Schloss with the biggest bone headed coaching decision. Good job, buddy.
  15. Up 15-0, Pendergrass puts his body on the line to make an excellent play. I love that.
  16. @Bobby Burton I’m starting to think that Kessler took Sorsby’s case as a favor to Cody, so that Cody could give him a call down the road for another case. I think Kessler knew this case is a dead end from the start.
  17. Lawyer here - being totally impartial, I’ve never seen a TRO hearing where there is so much overwhelming evidence against a party seeking a T.I. - that normally comes out in discovery.
