    In terms of players who I’ve enjoyed watching the most, definitely have to group Bijan, Banks, Worthy, Simmons, Jahdae, Sweat and Hill in their own category as some of the all-time greats to ever grace the 40 Acres.

    Roschon Johnson. He helped build the foundation of Sark’s culture at Texas and, for my money, was the toughest SOB who has played under Sark at Texas. JWhitt is #2 for similar reasons.

    No doubt. I bet it’s incredibly low-scoring. Feels very unlikely that UM is gonna roll out a freshman QB in Norman against that OU D and is actually gonna score points. How OU is able to move the ball on offense in that game is gonna tell us a LOT about that team’s ceiling.

    Make no mistake: OU will be dangerous. Our offense had better grow up quick, because their DL could give our OL and Arch nightmares. I’m not sold on their O, especially against our D. But they can’t possibly be as horrible as they were last year. It’s gonna be close in Dallas.

    Bobby likes to wear big hats, CJ likes to throw his hat, Gerry likes to manscape while he eats jerky, Rod begs for $50 super chats so that he can put on that helmet and relive the glory days, Blake likes to start videos halfway into the clips. Jeff’s cool though.

    I’ve researched organizational dynamics and best practices for almost two decades and one of the foundational principles of effective organizations is to avoid stovepipes. Stovepiped organizations tend to lack effective communication and coordination, lack a shared sense of culture, lack effective oversight and the ability to adjudicate disputes between the two sides. From an organizational dynamics perspective, OU has created the potential for a train wreck.

    It sounds like he wasn’t “approved” to commit yet, which means that Sark is playing wait and see. Clearly the coaches are in no rush here and if they decide to give him another look, they can always push hard in a few months.

    I genuinely believe that anyone expecting KJ to just get passed up the second Dia Bell hits campus is sorely mistaken. He is being slept on and is gonna prove a lot of folks wrong over the next few years.

    Quinn missed 2.5 games, was basically a ghost in 2-3 quarters every single game he played, and still got 3500 yards. Yes, Arch can absolutely get to 4000. My biggest concern is protection. If Sark has any concerns whatsoever about pass pro, I wonder if he turns into Coach Stephen and just runs the ball for the entire second half of games. We’ve seen it before.

    I’ve been watching Arch highlights from last year, and it’s especially exciting to see how much chemistry he already has with Moore and Wingo. But I also think Mosley is going to be a total stud.

    It’s hard to imagine him getting many reps with Moore and Mosley both capable of taking slot reps and McCutcheon making such a statement during the spring.
