    Texas EDGE ZIna Umeozulu has entered the portal, per Pete Thamel. Umeozulu saw 203 snaps as a rotational edge rusher for Texas in 2025.

    Incentives probably aren't worked in enough to be honest. In a lot of instances, it is a signing bonus and flat salary.

    Personally, I would like to see 215, because for the time being, I have no reason to believe the offensive line will be able to generate the push necessary on short distances. If that's going to be the case, I would like to know the RB can fall forward off of size alone and do the dirty work himself.

    Well, there is no summer portal window this year. This is the only chance essentially to get it right. Texas still needs another RB imo. Two linebackers and 2-3 offensive linemen. On top of a pass catcher. Lots of work to go.
