    QB Arch Manning, LB Anthony Hill Jr., and DB Michael Taaffe will represent the Longhorns next week in Atlanta for SEC Media Days. OTF will be in attendance for all four days of the media circus as we bring you the latest from the weekend in SEC Football Heaven. Texas is set to speak with the media on Tuesday, July 15, towards the back end of the afternoon.

    University of Texas head football coach Steve Sarkisian has been selected as a candidate for the 2025 Dodd Trophy watch list. The award highlights a coach who not only achieves competitive success but also upholds academic commitment, moral character, and strong leadership—principles rooted in the legacy of Bobby Dodd. Sarkisian is one of 26 coaches to be spotlighted in this year’s preseason group. He was also acknowledged during the 2024 season, appearing on both the preseason and midseason lists. In 2024, Sarkisian was a finalist for the Bear Bryant and George Munger coaching awards for the second year in a row. This latest recognition underscores Sarkisian’s ability to balance elite performance with a deeper focus on mentorship and academic integrity.

    I would bet Clemson to beat LSU, especially with that game at home. LSU and Nussmeier struggled heavily against teams with talented front sevens and Clemson should have one of the better fronts in the country this year. Which might be surprising to some given how easily Texas wa sable to move them around last year.

    I thought Cooper Beebe would end that drought in 2024. Turns out his arms were incredibly short in comparison to other prospects. But he has turned into quite the center for the Cowboys after being selected in the 3rd.

    All 22 are a bit tricky with copyright on the YouTube. Also obtaining All22 is pretty difficult I do think there is some room for X's and O's talks on breakdowns/previews. Will have to go down the path of how to get the visuals right with Producer Matthew. But I definitely agree it would be a great addition for the season.
