    Destrehan goes 65 yards on a pass to Jabari Mack. He’s been awesome this evening. This was the first drive where Destrehan moved him opposite of Hayward Howard Jr. as well.

    There it is. A Texas OV for June 13. FSU, Alabama and Ohio State round out the month of June.

    Five-star LB Xavier Griffin has backed off of his verbal pledge to USC. Texas made a major move on their multi-day visit in April. I would expect an official visit to be locked to Texas soon based off that trip in the spring. Texas will be a player here moving forward.

    Oddly enough. Easton Royal’s name came up when I was in DFW earlier this weekend as an absolute stud in 2027. Glad to see Texas get in the mix.

    New 2027 WR offer to Miguel Whitley out of St. Augustine High in New Orleans. Chris Jackson also offered 27 Brother Michael’s WR Easton Royal this morning.

    Not much going on currently. About an hour until I pull up to Destrehan for the spring game between Texas CB commit Hayward Howard Jr. and Texas target and LSU WR commit Jabari Mack. Until then, racing this Honda CRV to NOLA.

    Spoke to a coach just now who told me they played against Peyton Houston in 7v7 this spring who came away amazed at his arm talent. This coach said Houston, in two days of competition, had maybe a handful of incompletions the entire weekend. Precise, on time and creative was the way his performance was described. The coach added that Houston was one of the top arms he had seen in a few years.
