  1. Too late. It's the city's fault.
  2. I obviously don’t have a view into the stadium, but I do wonder how a breeze like today’s would affect the pass tomorrow. This is right outside the Michigan golf course and you can see the flags waving.
  3. It’s pretty chilly, probably 64 right now. Quite breezy as well.
  4. Softball stadium
  5. Just wandering around
  6. I’m just glad it’s 60 degrees lol
  7. Maybe I did, but I saw IAH, and the H made me think Hobby.
  8. Boots are on the ground here in Detroit. It was a disastrous morning for anyone who followed my journey on Twitter to make it to Michigan – I will give the city of Houston 80% of the blame and take 20% for myself. However, we are here now. I will be over on campus at Michigan taking photos and videos around noon central time. Of course, we have a Friday afternoon livestream coming this afternoon soon as well. I will tell you this, there has been a ton of burnt orange flowing through the Detroit airport thus far. I even heard The Eyes of Texas on my flight out of Houston this AM. Folks are excited and the Texas faithful have travelled very well as you would expect. Only 26 hours and some change before kickoff!
  9. I suppose so. I’m sure there was not much of a need to check the tablets week one. Now against a run heavy team you will see the staff refer back for gap fits, LB pursuits etc.
  10. Sarkisian's message to players having to rotate in and out on both sides of the ball: "Don't count your reps, make your reps count."
  11. Sarkisian says the challenge is how Davis Warren operates the offense – protection checks and audibles. Sarkisian says it is critical for the Texas defense to recognize when Alex Orji is in the ballgame. "We have to be ready for things they have not put on tape yet."
  12. Sarkisian says Ryan Niblett is very comfortable and confident at the WR spot. Right now, the staff is trying to hone in on the things he needs to learn about the RB position. Sark adds that Niblett has become a weapon on the special forces unit. Niblett hit over 22 mph in game speed on Saturday against Colorado State.
  13. Sarkisian: "I kind of relish being the villain."
  14. Sarkisian says his 'OMG' moment came as a player against Washington in week three. "It was so loud... I think I got sacked 7 or 8 times that year." Sarkisian says there is another level with opposing stadiums that get very loud.
  15. Sarkisian says there is a "fair amount of them going" in terms of the true freshmen joining the flight for Ann Arbor. Sark says that if they are going, there is likely a role for them on the field.
  16. "We have the utmost confidence in Jerrick (Gibson)." Sarkisian says he will play this weekend.
  17. Sark says the Michigan D plays with swagger and confidence. Fortunately, there will be a lot of calming from Ewers - Sark believes – as the third year quarterback knows more about the playcalls and schemes.
  18. Sarkisian gives a lot of credit to his nutritionists and dietitians on staff to help get the big humans right and the newcomers ready to roll.
  19. On if as many true freshmen will see the field against Michigan as Colorado State: "I would love to." Texas played 13 true freshmen. "They all showed some physical attributes that we had thought of them."
  20. Sark: Sherrone Moore knows the 'Michigan way.'
