  1. He made the wrong decision on the rpo the play before on second down also when he should have handed it to Wisner.
  2. What an absolute mess. With the amount of flame outs in the NBA this is gonna be a headache. Guys like Dariq Whitehead, a top HS product 1 and done at Duke late first round pick who was just cut might be more valuable to a college team than Euro league. Crazy.
  3. When it clicks for him, Arch Manning is the closest this roster has to James Street. Patience is key, he still has this year and two years of eligibility remaining. Too early to definitively say he's not the guy as he shows flashes of greatness just needs consistency, confidence and some help.
  4. Carson Beck is an average college QB. Same struggles we pointed out for Arch all year continue to show.
  5. All of them are scary but the attitude remains strong within the locker room. They are still right where they want to be. If all 3 phases ever click their potential is as high as anyone's. Their defense is going to put them in great spots. I will miss watching Michael Taaffe, Manny Muhammad, Anthony Hill etc. Great defense they are beasts.
  6. Have to add that Brad Spence was shot out of a cannon on this play.
  7. A legendary stop on 4th and goal once again shows the Texas Fight this defense possesses. We are truly blessed to watch these guys week in week out play their you know what's off. Taaffes timing, Mcdonald at his legs, the interior push, the emotion from Shaw, Hill, Kanu, Williams among others... This will be the one memory I choose to think back on when flushing this stinker. 🤘 89th defensive play of the game, can't teach heart.
  8. Durants one of the best scorers in history. Will be a tremendous fit in Houston imo. His game won't fade due to his length, range and touch.
  9. Bouwmeester played well also. 8 punts for 336 yards including 6 downed within the opponents 20. He has been a field flipper.
  10. One of the best short and intermediate throwers I've ever seen at his age. Will be a very good red zone QB in the pros with his ability to fit the ball in nearly impossible windows.
  11. When he gets his chance he will surprise some folks. Never should have lasted until the 7th round. 🤘
  12. Does anybody have a wedding for me to go to next weekend?
  13. I blame Warby Parker. Arch clearly needs the Rec Specs.
  14. Playoffs? Mora Jr might have ended Bill O'Briens hopes and dreams at BC today.
  15. It's always the line or the lack of run game..when does he say "we need more out of our quarterback"
  16. Taylen Green tremendous poise
  17. We'll start a podcast called Numbskull Football 🏈 I'm right there with you
  18. I once hooped with a dude named Lone Li. What made it even more entertaining was he had a twin brother. He couldn't be two Lone Li.
  19. Son of ESPN reporter Chris Mortensen (RIP), Alex Mortensen has his UAB squad (interim Head coach replacing Trent Dilfer) tied with #22 Memphis early.
  20. I know the NFL always speaks about second year regression for QBs although Drake Maye, Caleb Williams and Spencer Rattler look improved so far this year, it's amazing how badly the true second year starters have performed. Sellers has been the biggest disappointment as I thought he could have been a 3 and out player in Heisman consideration with potential to be a top pick. All things considered, Arch is in a great position to establish himself as an all SEC QB despite some early struggles if he can continue to build on the growth we've been seeing each week in SEC play.
  21. Ohio State gets away with a lot too. It's been surprising sometimes with what they've gotten away with against other teams but also against Wingo who needs to go to acting classes with LeBron to learn how to sell fouls.
  22. A big positive sign was Chendall Weaver scoring 22 points. In a more open style game his defense and athleticism should wreak havoc for Coach Miller who has been extremely complimentary towards his game. Reminds me a bit of Tony Allen for Oklahoma State back in the day if he can continue to improve physical strength and maintain aggressiveness offensively.
