    Played select basketball against him a couple times in high school. Our team walked into the gym at a Waco tournament the summer before his senior year, and no lie as we walked in RT was windmilling home a sick jam thru traffic. The gym went nuts and the athleticism on that guy was fun to watch on the court and on the field. Cool dude, was always smiling and glad he had an impact at UT but knew he could have done so much more before getting himself in trouble.

    Roy Miller. I grew up with the guy and used to pick on him cause he was younger than me “but not smaller” and he hated playing against me in video games. then enjoyed watching him become a college national champ and had a good run in the NFL setting himself up for life. ah the good ol west Fort Hood days…. Good times. 🤘

    It’s crazy funny reading Tech talking about us “buying a roster” or “we couldn’t even make it to the playoffs” when they 1. Clearly buy their roster just like we do. 2. Only made the playoffs cause B12 was weak af. Only to get sandblasted away like trash…. oh yeah and talking down Arch in the first half struggles but looking the other way about how he progressed and finished the season. Idiots.     I was thinking the same thing. Hope we get this guy but this portal has seen us get burned and makes me curious, any one know how many of our incoming transfers came to us, then went to other visits and still came around to sign with us? Versus how many came and signed somewhere else?

    Of course we want both. They would be good for us in different ways and I remember hearing we needed like 4-6 linebackers to fit what Muschamp needs.

    There is no way that’s possible. 11 starters and only 2 subs across those positions a whole game? Doesn’t add up but I understand the point, they have their guys they want on the field and only play a select handful. Makes sense

    Haynes can’t be considered critical if we don’t even get him on campus…. There’s nothing saying we are even a actual option other than “there’s interest” but interest doesn’t guarantee we are even in the top 2 for him
