Regardless of the season outcome this year. Flood has been unable to coach and produce INTERIOR OL. He gets a pass on TACKLES but the trend of the run game regressing over the years is on him and sark! The scheme might be too complex for the players to learn and understand and thats why I feel like they prioritize seniority in the program instead of playing the best player.

Give Milwee or Bimonte or even both a chance to call the plays from now on. Leave Sarks scheme and concepts just let one of them call the plays. Maybe changing the gut instinct of the play caller and having the OC in the press box calling the plays will work. Sark can still have input and be more of a QB coach on the sidelines to help Arch make adjustments by having more time to analyze a drive/play instead of looking down at his call sheet or thinking of what play to call next.

I am curious to know how many EX high school, college or professional QBs are here that nitpick at every single play by Arch. 🥸

Texas is 2-0 against Top 25 opponents this year. 17-14 overall against Top 25 under Steve Sarkisian

Colin Simmons was just caught in the moment! If you played sports you would know what that means. Was it too much? Yes! This dude has done more good things then this and yet we want to tear him apart for it. We all made mistakes growing up! The difference is everyone was able to see his on a television platform. He will grow and be better after this. https://texaslonghorns.com/news/2026/9/15/no-1-1-footballs-simmons-selected-to-allstate-afca-good-works-team-named-wuerffel-trophy-semifinalist https://thedailytexan.com/2025/10/20/my-why-colin-simmons-initiative-spreads-younger-brothers-story/

Arch should throw that INT pass 10/10 times again, especially with Coleman’s catch radius ability it just didn’t go our way

Sark schemes things very well, Sark can’t go out and make the throw or catch for them

Tyanthony Smith is still a young man with a lot of emotions. Let’s give it 24 hours to let everyone cool down and regather themselves.
