I’d rather OTFs focus be on Texas’ incompetent coach. The one they have access to on a weekly basis. The one who they won’t ask hard questions to.

Ultimately he'd just discredit and marginalize TexAgs, Billy and their entire media infrastructure. Lots of money invested into it.

Everyone knows TexAgs is a cesspool of lunatics, but it's been a centerpiece of Aggie culture for over 20 years now. 

(Chrissy, Radio, Cart McCoy, List eater etc was a long time ago) 

I think this is gonna blow up in Elko's face. He's essentially asking for a blindly loyal and dumb cult fanbase. Apparently that's the Aggie caricature he's adopted as reality. Fascinating

Elko is soft.   This and his temper tantrum in his PC after we beat him. This would be so much more fun had we won. 

Elko does not like to lose. Saw that at post game  press conference last Thanksgiving. Apparently not a fan of fair weather band wagon jumping fans on TexAgs either.

Social media is a cesspool. Whether it’s Twitter or message boards, people posting anonymously get far more courage than they do in person, either with each other or coaches and players. Take a look at some of the posts on this and other Texas boards over the last 15 hours. Folks get way too high when they win and very reactive when their team loses. 
 

The problem aggie has is the board, Tex Ags, which is practically embedded into their program. Their own moderator brags about his access and friendships with folks in the building (and even helping JFF wake up for draft workouts). When you become the de facto insider you’re going to get way more scrutiny. 

That said, Elko needs to stop whining about social media. It’s a sad fact of life in 2026. Turn it off, coach the team and move on.
