I didn't play football but slept at a Holiday Inn!

    Coleman lacks that dog mentality.

    Hit a field goal.

Glad Sark took the ball and we scored. The offense needed some positive vibes.

Coleman needs to turn into a defensive back when it's obvious the pass is going to be intercepted. Be a fighter.

Fans who don't follow women's basketball are blind to the obvious. The growth and popularity of the sport has exploded in the past five years and its trajectory is like a rocket ship. Just look at the value of the Valkyries. Talk about a return on investment. These girls nowadays all are working toward similar goals: name and brand recognition, improve their game, play in high powered, nationally televised games, and ultimately play in the WNBA. Booker will be a top three draft pick and will have a huge fan base that will follow her to whomever drafts her! Coach Vic hit the jackpot with his five freshman. These girls are different.

Sarah is a beast, but so is Booker. I am eager to see Etute banging down low. She might need to start, alongside Breya. I watched as much of her tape as possible and she is a strong girl who doesn't take any crap. She has a decent outside shot too. Crittendon is a scorer. If Preston can model her game after Jordin Canada, from the Dream, look out. Preston should be the fastest player on the court in every game. She needs to attack the hoop with fearlessness! I am excited to see how this team gels.

Sorry. It came up on my feed.

42 -17 Horns! Arch goes crazy.

The SEC is loaded. We have to protect home court and snatch a few from the away games. I predict huge crowds this year. Time to open the upper deck.

I love this team. As I mentioned a few times before, I was an Assistant Principal in Albuquerque when Elena Lovato, our Assistant Head Coach for Coach Vic won the state title in New Mexico. She played for Rio Grande High, which is deep in the Barrio and rarely had ever won a state championship in any sport. My best friend was the girl's head coach at another high school, but we would go to her games because we sensed something special. The fact that I had hired the basketball coach and had been an Assistant Principal at Rio Grande too, just made that chip that more special. When I received my fellowship to UT, I became a huge fan of UT women's hoops. I even hired some players to tutor my daughter who eventually lettered in high school basketball. It's my favorite sport to follow! Hook'em!

    Yes indeed.

    I will definitely pay it.

....be televised? If so, where? Thanks. Put one of those interns to cover women hoops! Gracias.

By the looks of it, our softball team has re-loaded with some ballers. Katie at the plate, puts fear in the opponent. Kavan on the mound is what legends are made of these days. We are great again.

    Make it go away!

Great job OTF! Task #1: Assign a few to cover women's hoops!! Thank you.

    Mack had VY.

The punter could have stepped back a few feet also. Why was he moved up. I hadn't seen the formation until now. What a mess.

One thing about Saban is that his coaching tree is full of great head coaches kicking butt right now.
  22. Califashorn75
Most coaches were providing some money to athletes. Remember what Colt's wife said? We weren't immune to it.

One thing I noticed during telecasts is that no one from our team is ever angry. We don't seem to have any fire breathers holding dudes in check. They seem like a bunch of nice guys who don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Maybe those culture Wednesdays are having an opposite affect. I don't think VY, B-Rob, or Rak tolerated losing. And I am sure they let it be known.

He really exposes how weak we are at center.
