  1. And UNC gets the worst offensive team in the field ... SDSU ... 70.9 ppg, 66% at FT line and woeful from three.

  3. IU paying the big buyout? Interesting
  4. Haha. San Diego State struggles to score ... perfect team for UNC to beat
  5. Offensively ... absolutely
  6. The coaching situation is very difficult. The staff knows how hot the seat is, but kids are jumping in the portal left and right currently. Texas is turning over 7-8 spots on the roster... but they had nine new faces this season. It's a nearly every year thing to have 6-9 new faces.
  7. Time will tell. He had SIX times more NIL than the rest of the Southland Conference COMBINED at McNeese.
  8. UNC is not only 1-12 in Quad 1 games ... they are 1-10 against teams in the NCAA Tournament ...literally o-fer vs teams in the NCAA Tournament in ACC play. It's a complete joke they got selected. With that said, now that they are in the tournament, anything can happen in the tournament. But they barely had a pulse this season against Quad 1's or NCAA Tournament teams. Xavier won games vs. UConn, Creighton and Marquette in conference play. They had more of a pulse.
  9. Texas/Xavier winner over Illinois
  10. Way to go after that Clemson job Will!!! ... assuming Brownell takes IU
  11. Haha ... listed 50 guys ... love it!
  12. Chris Collins also getting some quiet run for Indiana opening ... if Brownell says no
  13. A lot of Porter Moser and this guy chatter behind the scenes. We shall see
  14. Cronwell wasn't a possibility for Texas. The Horns had Tre Johnson coming in at the same spot
  15. I use that term when one team plays another that has close to or equal talent. In a Texas vs TCU matchup ... I don't see TCU as that team. They can shoot it for sure, but Texas is a more talented team. Talent neutralized teams for Texas in the tournament: SoCar UConn USC UCLA Maybe Notre Dame NC State is close TCU behind them.
  16. I actually like Texas in this match up ... if the Horns contain Ryan Conwell. The Indiana State transfer is one of the best shooters in the country with 97 three's made at 41%, and averages 17 per game. If Texas limits him, Xavier will have to find scoring from other places (outside of Freemantle). Xavier shoots 39% from three ... defending the 3-pt line will be key Wednesday night.
  17. I like any bracket that doesn’t have UConn as the No. 2 TCU makes 9.6 three’s per game … but Texas is a better/deeper team … not a talent neutralized scenario ND is very tough due to their two guards and playing zone can be tough for Texas if they don’t shoot the 22 footers well enough But Texas will be the favorites
  18. Committee says UNC was last team in. Texas likely second to last team in ... so even had UAB beat Memphis, Texas was in.
  19. The winner of Texas/Xavier will take on No. 6 seed Illinois Friday in Milwaukee
