  1. He's interesting. Not what Sark normally recruits at QB. Much more of a sandlot HS QB that does a lot of things that won't translate in SEC at QB IMO. But a talented athlete for sure ... legit DI in FB and hoops.
  2. South Oak Cliff 2027 IOL Brian Swanson will be in Austin June 1
  3. Crowley 2027 4-star WR Antayvious Ellis will be in Austin June 1 catching passes from the 2027 QB's Sophomore HUDL: http://www.hudl.com/video/3/19699720/66fc07558854542dc283f5c1
  4. Shreveport (La.) Evangel 2027 4-star QB Peyton Houston will also be in Austin June 1. And he will be throwing. Sophomore HUDL: http://www.hudl.com/video/3/16002451/67043d6156361d12fbfcdd05
  5. Still think they may be too young in spots. But we shall see
  6. Creighton transfer CG Pop Isaacs flips from Houston to Texas A&M after Milos Uzan withdraws from the NBA draft. Aggies have solid year one roster ... on paper.
  7. Here is a big one from a national rankings perspective ... Had posted this ... "Likely staying in draft: Michigan - Will take a hit should PF Yaxel Lenderborg stay in as expected." He has withdrawn despite being a likely late first round selection. Huge for Michigan in year two under Dusty May.
  8. lol. Not sure who it will be. I will say this, it will be surprising to me if it's a major minute player. Just not enough minutes to go around at guard. There is one very good one out there Texas has been talking to, but I believe there will be another spot more appealing to agent/player. It will be a multi-year player IMO. Could be international, or could be a younger player from the states that would be a role player with more second year expectations.
  9. Texas A&M - PF Mackenzie Mgbako is withdrawing from the draft. Possible late second round if he had stayed. Big for the Aggies in year one of Bucky Ball.
  10. I'm on record ... I believe Texas is too low for Bart Torvik right now ... when looking at rosters. https://barttorvik.com/trankpre.php
  11. College Hoops: NBA withdrawal deadline May 29 The 2025-26 college basketball season will definitely be impacted this week. Houston - Milos Uzan withdraws from draft. UH has been No. 1 preseason ... they wouldn't have been had Uzan stayed in draft IMO. Still think they are young in too many spots, but we shall see. Arkansas - SF/W Karter Knox withdraws. Big for Arkansas hopes to be a second weekend team again. Indiana - PG Tayton Conerway withdraws, heads to Indiana. Doesn't shoot it well, but a solid piece for IU in year one for DeVries. Stay or go: Florida - PF Alex Condon. Big decision here for the National Champion and SEC champs. If Condon returns, they will be the SEC favorites in 2025-26 for me. Auburn - PG Taj Pettiford. Huge swing for the Auburn 2025-26 season and projections with this decision. Kentucky - G Otega Oweh. Should he return, the Wildcats will have a very solid squad on paper in year two under Mark Pope. Arkansas - Big man Adou Thiero. Could go either way here. Big decision for the 2025-26 Razorbacks on deck. Likely staying in draft: Michigan - Will take a hit should PF Yaxel Lenderborg stay in as expected.
  12. Any DL that gets called for holding has a special place on my list
  13. It's so much instant gratification in the portal rankings ... And totally agree with No. 2 ... Johntay Cook being ranked in any portal ranking is absurd.
  14. Melvin told me he doesn't have a June OV set up as of Saturday. It's a possibility.
  15. I like Klatt and his approach I’m one that believes LaNorris Sellers should be higher on all these lists, but my concern is SoCar can’t put the dudes around him on offense
  16. Yes. He’s very good and will rise in the rankings … but here is the but … Texas leads for OT Turntine, OT Ojo and OT/IOL Roseborough . Texas right there for Krempin And Texas loves Malakai Lee. Sam Utu is another that Texas wouldn’t turn down. It’s all going to come down to how the dominoes fall … timing for guys making decisions.
  17. No guaranteed bye’s in this last year of the 12 team playoff. As it should be. Committee will rank 1-12, and that’s how it will play out. https://x.com/brett_mcmurphy/status/1925614012387270758?s=46
  18. I have been saying no. Don't think they should be, but doesn't mean they won't remain independent.
  19. All depends on how the dominoes fall. There could be a that scenario play out. Or there could be the scenario that Texas gets to 5 before one of them makes a decision, and Texas doesn't make as much sense as three months prior.
  20. 4-star RB Carsyn Baker (Fairburn, Ga./Langston Hughes) is also a possibility for a June OV.
