Marcus Freeman for college football ... and it's not even close when thinking about hiring a coach for a 8-10 year type run

Coach Muschamp has always been the guy hired after a legend leaves or retires. Followed Urban at Florida and Spurrier at South Carolina. It was get fired jobs, but he didn't maximize them either as others have pointed out. He probably has learned a lot in those two HC stops ... but I don't think he's interested in being a HC again. I could be proven wrong, but it would be a surprise.

I watched it ... Most talented team at Duke for Scheyer 1-15. 2-3 guys won't be happy as the season plays out, and he will have to manage that part. They may go on and win the NC as each year is different, who knows, but they aren't as good as the Cooper Flagg team that choked in the FF game IMO. Better depth potential on this team, but that starting five was way better on the FF team that year.

I think there is a separation in the convo Coaching staff absolutely has to have their team believing they are going into the game to beat Texas, play the best game all season etc…. As they should every week And at the same time, that doesn’t mean every coach is confident in winning the game or feels like they have to have things go their way/need help from Texas

Fifth metatarsal Texas hoping to get him back for last non-con game December 29… but that’s certainly not a lock
