    Yep, it is very bad. Not sure they can right the ship on this one. But I'll gladly admit I was wrong if they do. Very clear regression and I don't care that they lost guys to the NFL, so did every other top team. It's no excuse to be this bad.

    Clark had a carry, for 0 yards. Gibson had zero carries, for whatever reason.

    With this D and our O playing this way, we're not beating Vandy and Miss State is better this year than they were last year. They have one of the best RB's in the SEC and we just played Baugh who is also one of the best in the SEC and he had his way with us. I'm not willing to say anything bad about other teams, when we looked this bad ourselves.

    I'm looking at the stats now, our "elite" D gave up 457 offensive yards to Florida, Baugh ran all over them, Lagway had almost 300 yards passing and we had...wait for it...ZERO sacks. Where is all that elite edge talent? Where is Moore, Spence, Hill, Simmons, Burke...anyone? Our interior DL who had played well, completely got manhandled by Florida. By the way, we had 53 yards rushing....Wisner was 8 carries for 11 yards. Manning was 15 carries for 37 yards. Niblett 2 carries for 4 yards and Clark 1 carry for 0 yards. No run game and a passing game that only started getting anything going at the end of the game, when Florida knew they had things wrapped up. There is so much wrong with this team right now and a lot of it has stemmed from recruiting fails the last several years.

    Oh here comes the excuses LOL. So did Ohio State and how are they doing? So did a great many other teams, that is just an excuse.

    If memory serves me correctly, didn't he get hurt trying to catch a pretty bad ball from Manning? But yeah, just overall this team was horrible. Shouldn't be surprising, even defensively they didn't look that great against the 3 cup cake teams. They just had enough to overpower/out talent them.

    100%. Where are all the defensive stars? Hill, Simmons, Taaffe? McDonald? Did anyone want to do anything today? Our O is dog water and our D is overrated. We all thought they were playing vanilla, no they're just not that good.

    You should not be in year 5 of your tenure doing rebuilding years, that is a cop out. Sark didn't utilize the portal well at all. He needed RB, OL and WR help. He went and got, Mosley who has barely contributed. Endries who they've barely used. Defensively, we returned a lot and they just got whooped. By Lagway, who is not a good QB. There is no such thing as rebuilding years anymore. This is just poor evaluations/development by this staff and complete misses in the portal. One thing is certain, the guy who started the Kyle Flood has to go thread and go dragged for it, needs to be apologized to.

    Sark is never going to hire an OC, he wants to be the OC. It's not that I disagree with you, he just doesn't believe he needs one. Jeff Banks is a good recruiter but he shouldn't be coaching special teams, he has not done a good job with that, at all.

    I don't know if it's all on him, our supposed "elite" D has given up 29 points to Florida right now. They look just as terrible as the O.

    Boy were my predictions WAY off lol. Who had Texas losing 29-14 into the 3rd Qtr? 29 points so far by a not so good Florida O? Either they found something or our D is not as elite as we all thought.

    I didn't even realize there was anything wrong with Muhammed. To me it looks like everyone is back, except for Baxter. No reason to rush him back. Let Wisner get after it and the other guys back him up.

    That's what I'm saying, their O has been hot garbage this year. Are people saying our D is worse than the others they've already played? Lol.

    I'm going to choose to be less depressing and go with a 38-3. Texas butt whoops Florida and Napier doesn't make it back to the locker room after the game.

    If that Florida offense scores 24, we do not have an elite defense, at all lol.

    Tomorrow's post. We have a good Special Teams, but I'm worried that our D will get scored on and our O will look like the first iteration of football, trying to figure out what the forward pass is. Sark's seat is warm. Hope he gets done against Florida. I'm worried. You can save that and credit me tomorrow.

    I'm in the wait and see approach how Arch trots out there. Maybe the Sam Houston State was what he needed to get things going. Plus you'll have all your guys back on O to help carry the load. I'm optimistic about it.

    I don't know Ohio State seems like a half way decent team....We know what we have, it's a great defense.
