I mean we're talking about one of the 3 big sports at Texas vs softball. I'd have a pretty large wager that Texas Football brings in more money than Texas Softball. Regardless of how good the program is.

Well good season, came to a disappointing end. Hope they hit the portal hard and upgrade. Maybe some coaching changes? Who knows. Just a very uninspiring game and finish to your season.

Do we need to have Tom Herman on the sideline to beat Georgia or something?

We could use some of that right now lol.

I understand Georgia has some great pitching but why are we making it this much harder on ourselves? This two games in a row against them we've struggled to do much of anything at bat.

All I'm saying is it's a pretty thing line lol.

I mean it's not like the NFL is some great moral ground tbh.

Isn't some of the stuff he's done considered point shaving? Unless I'm just stupid and it's not lol.

I guess he didn't bet on that....

Is this before we see who leaves or just in general?

Tough game for them to not show up to. Can't afford to play like this against great competition. Georgia had some really good pitching and took advantage of opportunities with their bats. Game got away from us at the end but I think Georgia was in full control from the get go. Anyway, gotta shake it off and take it to Bama.

Can Georgia stop kicking our ass in sports? Please and thank you lol.

Georgia's pitching has been really good but our bats have certainly let us down tonight. Bit disappointing but you can't have that happen against good competition. Let's see if they can salvage something here towards the end.

I think politics aside, this type of behavior whether team red or blue is unacceptable. It shows a lack of character and that you can be easily bought and paid for. I remember seeing a joke or skit about how politicians should have to wear sponsors on their suits or whatever, so people can see who is paying them lol. Anyway, just pure stupidity. It really has exposed Texas Tech and thee terrible leadership there but also the donors (at least when it comes to Campbell). Not been a great time for them and I'm all for it lol.

Precisely, it was such a stupid and ignorant comment on Campbell's part.

I find it funny that they will only help him with his addiction by allowing him to be around the one thing that has fueled his addiction - football. Sounds like they will only help him, as long as he plays for them. Apart from that, he's broken numerous laws with his gambling and it's just straight not allowed in college sports or any sport, at any level. People have been punished for less than what Sorsby has done. On top of that, for Campbell to compare the situation to Penn State is hilarious. Penn State got severely punished for those events. Tech got the equivalent of a slap on the wrist.

I said this before but this is the final nail in college sports. It is now officially at rock bottom. It should be clear as day that he should not be allowed on any football team.

A-Rod is the effin man. Came in clutch once again. Way to go boys, you certainly didn't make it easy on yourselves but you pulled through for the win. Super proud of the team and that Texas Fight never quits.

I think Ruger did a good job. Two runs that shouldn't be there because of poor defense on the double play. I'd say overall he's had a pretty decent night.

Let's go boys, time to rally here.

Team is firing on all cylinders at the right team. Just need to close it out now.

I like to think of myself as a dual sport athlete. Armchair QB and Beer fielder. Not sure anyone is looking for that type of transfer though.

Cherry on top is the boys getting it home, too. Congrats to the girls, great job once again.
